THIS WEEK'S GAME: Troy at LSU, Oct. 23 -- This will obviously be a tough one for the Trojans. LSU is coming off an open date after beating Florida, and Troy lost its second league game last week at Idaho, meaning it likely has no chance at winning the Sun Belt title.

PLAYERS TO WATCH
RB DeWhitt Betterson -- The senior has been a workhorse for the Trojans, rushing for almost 600 yards and five touchdowns this season.

LB Bernard Davis -- The junior is having an all-conference type season. He leads Troy with 53 tackles, including seven for losses and two sacks, one fumble recovery and a blocked kick.

ROSTER REPORT
The Trojans got unexpected great news when quarterback D.T. McDowell decided to give up baseball and sign with Troy this summer. After starter Aaron Leak struggled last week, McDowell could see more playing time in the near future. ... True freshman defensive back Leodis McKelvin is playing some in the secondary and returning punts and kickoffs.
