2013 NBA Mock Draft: March reset
Georgetown's versatile forward Otto Porter has cracked the top five, and could go even higher. Indiana's Victor Oladipo continues to rise, as does Michigan point guard Trey Burke and Cal's Allen Crabbe.
Who has fallen? North Texas' Tony Mitchell announced he will declare for the NBA Draft, but he could wind up being left out of the first round. N.C. State's C.J. Leslie is another guy who NBA folks have soured on this season.
