1. How to Enter: NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. Go to: http://www.sportsline.com/contests/cyberticket/mazda/ and follow the instructions to complete the online entry form and you will be entered for the drawing. Tickets will only be issued per round, 1,2, 3 and 4. Subscribers, non-members, and members ("Member" is defined as an individual who has completed the full SportsLine Registration and has a valid user id and password") can acquire one (1) ticket in each of the rounds subject to the entry limits below, or come back after each individual round. Deadlines for acquiring each ticket are set forth in the "How to Play" Section. Limit four entries per person or household and email address throughout the Sweepstakes period (as defined herein).

2. How to Play: If you are a SportsLine Rewards Subscriber, or a SportsLine Member, you may enter by submitting your ID and Password. Non-members may obtain a SportsLine ID and password by clicking on the "SignUp FREE" button and completing the registration form at: http://www.sportsline.com/contests/cyberticket/mazda/ You will be asked to provide your name, address, e-mail address, phone number and birth date and to select an ID and Password. There is no fee to obtain a SportsLine ID and password. Once member(s) have finished the registration process they can immediately begin playing by following the directions set forth in the sweepstakes area of the CBS SportsLine Service and contained in these Official Rules. All entries must be submitted online via the designated selection center. Entry begins at 11:59:59 AM ET on February 24, 2003, and is permitted at any time throughout the sweepstakes period subject to each entry deadline below, and to the limitations contained herein. No mechanically reproduced or automated entries permitted. All entries become the property of the SportsLine.com, Inc and will not be returned.

3. Sweepstakes Period: The sweepstakes will begin on February 24, 2003 at 11:59:59 AM ET and ends on April 7, 2003 at 12:00:01 PM ET ("Sweepstakes Period"). All entries must be received by 12:00:01 PM ET on April 7, 2003

Selection Center Deadlines:

• Round 1: Begins on February 24, 2003 at 11:59:59 AM ET and ends at 12:00:01 PM ET on March 22, 2003. Ticket will be posted by 2:00:01 PM ET on March 22, 2003.
• Round 2: Begins on February 24, 2003 at 11:59:59 AM ET and ends 12:00:01 PM ET on March 29, 2003 Ticket will be posted by 2:00:01 PM ET on March 29, 2003
• Round 3: Begins on February 24, 2003 at 11:59:59 AM ET and ends at 12:00:01 PM on April 5, 2003. Ticket will be posted by 2:00:01 PM ET by April 5, 2003.
• Round 4: Begins on February 24, 2003 at 11:59:59 AM ET and ends at 12:00:01 PM on April 7, 2003. Ticket will be posted by 2:00:01 PM ET on April 7, 2003.

5. Drawing and Notification: Once a participant has successfully entered the Mazda Match 'N Win Sweepstakes they will be assigned a ticket which will contain seat number, row and section. The ticket will be issued at random and will appear on screen with the confirmation to member that he/she has successfully entered the Sweepstakes. One winner will be selected by a random computer process from all eligible entries received for each round of the sweepstakes period. All Four (4) Winners' Names will be posted on CBS SportsLine.com on or about April 30, 2003. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received for each round. Decisions made by SportsLine.com Inc. are final and binding in all matters related to this Sweepstakes.

6. Prizes: One Prize Winner ("Prize Winner") will be selected for each round, 1,2,3 and 4 and will receive the following prize vehicle ("Prize Vehicle"): One (1) 2003 Model Year MAZDA6 to include:

• V6 engine (220-hp)
• 5-speed Sport-shift automatic transmission
• Sport Package
• Destination/Delivery charge

Winners will be required to take delivery of prize from a dealership near their residence, to be determined by Sponsor. Prize Vehicle delivery by MNAO's designated dealership is subject to manufacturer/distributor and dealer production and delivery schedules. Accessories and options may vary, e.g (S trim level), interior/exterior color (subject to availability). Income tax, additional equipment, licensing, registration, insurance, title and all other expenses on receipt and use of the Prize Vehicle are the sole responsibility of Prize Winner. Accessories are subject to change without notice. The Prize Winners are responsible for proof of insurance. Mazda reserves the right to change product specifications at any time without incurring any obligations. LIMIT ONE PRIZE VEHICLE PER HOUSEHOLD.

Prize Vehicle may not be transferred, or redeemed for cash, and may not be substituted, except at Sponsor's sole discretion due to prize unavailability, and then only for a prize of equal or greater value to be determined by Sponsor. Total ARV of all prizes: $93,520.00

7. General: Prize Winners are required to execute an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release and, where legally permissible, a Publicity Release ("Affidavit/Release") as a condition of receiving Prize. Affidavit/Release must be signed and returned within 10 business days of Prize Winner's receipt of the documents via certified mail. Prize Winners that fail to execute the Affidavit/Release in a timely manner and/or are found to be ineligible or do not comply with the Official Rules will be disqualified and an alternate Prize Winner will be selected. This Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable Federal, State and Local laws, rules and regulations. If an Affidavit/Release is returned as undeliverable, prize may be forfeited and an alternate Prize Winner will be selected.
