2015 may go down as the year that Troy Tulowitzki lost his grip on the top of the shortstop rankings. Even though he played in 128 games -- his highest total in four seasons -- he was merely the fifth-ranked shortstop in Rotisserie value and eighth-ranked in Fantasy points. Tulowitzki's plate discipline and power eroded, and the latter declined even more after he was traded from the Rockies to the Blue Jays in July. Also, Tulowitzki's season wasn't injury-free; he missed three weeks with rib and back injuries towards the end of the season. No longer the dominant player at his position, owners can wait until at least late in the second round to draft Tulowitzki.
