Maybin was scratched from Monday's lineup with "minor right shoulder fatigue," Maria Guardado of MLB.com reports.
He's been serving as the DH recently due to the same right shoulder fatigue, and apparently it warrants some extra rest. That said, it doesn't seem serious, so he should be back in action shortly, looking to break his 0-for-9 slump to start spring training.
