McCann is not in the lineup for Wednesday's game against the Braves.
Manager A.J. Hinch has rid his lineup of lefty-only bats against Jaime Garcia, with McCann, Josh Reddick and Nori Aoki all on the bench. McCann went 0-for-4 on Tuesday but still owns a robust .281/.381/.461 line for the season. He's hit five home runs, putting him on pace to reach 20 homers for a 10th straight season.
