Marisnick (concussion) may hit this weekend, and manager A.J. Hinch is hoping the outfielder can return from the 7-day concussion list Monday, Hunter Atkins of the Houston Chronicle reports.

Marisnick has been a surprisingly effective hitter to start the season, leading the Astros with a .971 OPS, though he's had just 25 plate appearances. When healthy, Marisnick gets spot starts and is often used as a late-inning defensive replacement.
