Gregerson was called on to close out Tuesday's game but didn't get an out and allowed two runs in Houston's 8-7 win over Texas.
With closer Ken Giles unavailable after throwing three of the previous four days, manager A.J. Hinch went with the typically reliable Gregerson with a three-run lead entering the ninth. He didn't get the job done and was replaced by Will Harris, who notched his first save of the season. Gregerson had thrown 7.1 shutout innings over eight appearances heading into Tuesday's game.
