Blue Jays' Joe Biagini: May see save opportunities early on

Biagini may see occasional save opportunities while Roberto Osuna (neck) is on the disabled list, Jon Morosi of MLB.com reports.

Although Jason Grilli is on track to be used in the bulk of Toronto's save opportunities while Osuna is out, Biagini may fill in here and there as well. Over nine spring games (11.2 innings), Biagini allowed four runs and struck out 11 batters. He was a solid relief option during his rookie season in 2016 as he posted a 3.06 ERA and 1.30 WHIP over 60 games (67.2 innings).
