Blue Jays' Jose Bautista: Will likely play rehab games before returning

Bautista (knee) will likely head out on a rehab assignment this week, Sportsnet's Shi Davidi reports.

Bautista is eligible to be activated from the disabled list Thursday, and it appears the Blue Jays want him to see some game action before adding back to the roster. Barring any setbacks over the next few days, he will likely rejoin the big club later this week.
