Goforth was optioned to Triple-A Colorado Springs on Sunday.
Goforth was used as a reliever in four games during his stint with the Brewers, for a total of 5.0 innings pitched and an ERA of 7.20. He also recorded two strikeouts and gave up two walks. Goforth could be called up again later in the season, but his upside is limited to being a middle reliever.
