Villar went 2-for-4 with a two-run homer in a 6-1 win against the Rockies on Wednesday.

He's been a surprising source of RBI early on with four over the season's first three games, but fantasy owners should expect Villar's production to end up heavy on steals and runs again. It's an open question whether the 25-year-old infielder can replicate last year's 19 homers, so it's nice for his fantasy owners to see him pop one early on. However, he's also struck out six times already, and even though he's enjoyed great BABIP stats early in his career, Villar's whiff-prone ways mean it's going to be hard for him to hit above .280 for a third consecutive year.
