Breslow was released from his minor league deal with the Rangers on Monday, Evan Grant of the Dallas Morning News reports.
Breslow signed on with Texas just over two weeks ago, but the 35-year-old failed to make an impact at Triple-A Round Rock. It's unclear what Breslow's next move may be, but the journeyman will likely look elsewhere for a clearer path back to a big league bullpen.
