Herrmann exited Tuesday's game against the Padres early with an apparent injury, Steve Gilbert of MLB.com reports.
Herrmann exited the game after appearing to tweak something in his right hand/wrist area during an at-bat in the fourth inning. He was relieved by Chris Iannetta and will be considered as day-to-day until the Diamondbacks provide more information in regards to his condition.
