Diamondbacks' Matt Reynolds: Released by Diamondbacks

Reynolds was released by the Diamondbacks on Tuesday.

Reynolds battled a rib injury during camp and was optioned to Triple-A on Sunday after making just four spring appearances. His release comes as a bit of a surprise, as it was thought he could prove his health in the minors before getting another shot with the Diamondbacks.
