Delgado notched a three-inning save in Friday's 10-1 win over the Padres, conceding one run on two hits and one walk while striking out three batters.

Though he yielded his first run in his last seven appearances, Delgado was able to eat some innings effectively as the Diamondbacks looked to preserve their higher-leverage relievers in a decisive win. The save was a nice treat for those in NL-only or deeper mixed leagues who had been rostering Deglado for the strong ratios he's carried of late, but it's not expected that he'll enter the conversation for closing duties should Fernando Rodney eventually get pulled from the role.
