The Fantasy Baseball Today podcast team is joined by eight listeners for a 12-team, Head-to-Head Categories mock draft, and you can listen to the first 16 rounds. 

All four of us used different strategies and made some big adjustments based on the format. Perhaps most interesting was our approach to steals, which are scarce. Drafting steals can force you to reach a little bit. 

So should you really take Jean Segura over Nelson Cruz? And is a guy like Jarrod Dyson worth a late pick?

Some observations from the draft:
