Giants sign Clay Rapada to minor-league deal

The Giants have signed pitcher Clay Rapada to a minor-league deal, per Baseball America.

Rapada didn't see any major-league action in 2014 for the first time since making his major-league debut in 2007. He made 32 appearances with two Triple-A clubs last season, posting a 5.73 ERA and 28:14 K:BB ratio in 37 2/3 innings.
