Prado (hamstring) will begin a rehab assignment with High-A Jupiter on Wednesday, Clark Spencer of the Miami Herald reports.
Prado was re-evaluated by team doctors Monday, and it seems like he got encouraging news in that appointment. If all goes well with the minor-league appearances, the veteran infielder could return to action as soon as this weekend, although his timeline for return should be clarified as he gets back into the swing of game action again.
