Marlins SS Adeiny Hechavarria nearing return to lineup

Marlins shortstop Adeiny Hechavarria (hamstring) is nearing a return to the lineup and could be back during the team's current series with the Phillies, the South Florida Sun-Sentinel reports.

Manager Dan Jennings expressed optimism with his shortstop's availability during a recent session with the media so it appears that a return is near. Hechavarria has not played since he suffered the injury on Sept. 2. Miguel Rojas has been filling in at shortstop in his absence.
