Nimmo (hamstring) will be reinstated from the disabled list and optioned to Triple-A Las Vegas on Monday night, Anthony DiComo of MLB.com reports.
Nimmo has been dealing with a hamstring injury since spring training and suffered an injured knee during a rehab game as well. The Mets have a full outfield anyway, so they'll let Nimmo continue to settle in at the Triple-A level. He'll be in the running for a call-up if the Mets sustain an injury in their outfield.
