Bruce slugged his team-leading 10th home run and drove in two runs during Thursday's game against the Braves. The game was eventually postponed due to rain.
Bruce continued to showcase his scorching hot bat Thursday in Atlanta, but unfortunately his stats won't count due to the fact that the game was postponed in the fourth inning after two hours of rain delay. It's a tough break for Bruce and his fantasy owners, though he'll get a chance to make up that lost production in a makeup game against the Braves in the future. An exact date for the rematch has yet to be established.
