Phil Hughes' dominance, Carlos Beltran's swing, Lance Lynn's K rate and other things to watch Friday

I like to highlight this segment of Fantasy Baseball Today whenever the first game is late enough for it to still be relevant.

One reason is because I think it's a relatively new form of Fantasy content -- start-sit advice for the current day only -- but the bigger reason is because the search for start or sit recommendations uncovers some trends that might otherwise go unnoticed.

For instance, did you know Lance Lynn has averaged just 5.7 strikeouts per nine innings in his last seven starts? He may be doing OK in terms of ERA, but if he's not missing bats, for all the walks he allows, he may not be doing OK much longer.

Enjoy!
