Quinn was optioned to Triple-A Lehigh Valley on Monday, Jim Salisbury of CSN Philadelphia reports.

With Howie Kendrick, Odubel Herrera and Michael Saunders seemingly locked in as the Phillies' everyday outfielders, regular at-bats weren't going to be available for Quinn, so he'll head to Lehigh Valley for full-time work. The 23-year-old impressed in his first taste of the big leagues late last season, batting .263 with five stolen bases. He'll likely be at the top of the list for a promotion if any of the outfielders with the big-league club succumbs to an injury.
