Kuhl threw just 55% of his pitches for strikes in his debut, but he was able to limit the damage and helped his own cause with a hustle play that saw him tag a runner out at home after a passed ball. Kuhl could remain in the rotation over the short term, but the date of his next outing has yet to be determined.
