Williams (2-3) allowed three runs on four hits and two walks across 5.2 innings to take the loss Friday against the Phillies.

Williams entered the sixth inning with a 2-1 lead before allowing a pair of runs, leading to this third loss of the campaign. In his three starts since joining the rotation after Jameson Taillon (groin) landed on the disabled list, he's allowed 10 earned runs in 13.2 innings, and he'll likely be removed from the rotation once Taillon returns to action. Williams will make his next start Wednesday
