Glasnow (2-3) allowed four runs -- two earned -- on three hits and three walks while striking out six batters over five innings during Thursday's win over Washington.

It's been a discouraging start to the season for the touted righty. Glasnow has showcased his swing-and-miss stuff with a 9.7 K/9, but his 7.34 ERA and 1.95 WHIP are crippling ratios. In particular, Glasnow's 6.3 BB/9 hasn't enabled him to pitch deep into games or have fantasy success. Fine-tuning his command will be essential to Glasnow taking advantage of his natural gifts, and most notably his mid-90s heat. A road start against the Braves is up next for the 23-year-old.
