Martinez (1-1) allowed two runs on three hits and five walks while striking out two over five innings, but received no decision Wednesday at the Yankees.

Martinez struggled to find the strike zone, as only 38 of his 84 pitches were called for strikes, however, he was able to hold the Yankees to single runs in the second and sixth innings. Although he was in line for the win, the bullpen gave up six runs in the ninth inning to give him a no decision. He's now walked 10 batters over his last 15.1 innings of work, and his WHIP is at 1.72 on the year. He'll make his next start Monday at the Red Sox.
