Rangers option Ranaudo, Ohlendorf; Schierholtz takes his release

The Rangers announced several roster moves on Saturday. The team optioned pitcher Anthony Ranaudo down to Triple-A Round Rock and reassigned pitcher Ross Ohlendorf down to minor-league camp while he recovers from a groin injury. Right fielder Nate Schierholtz has taken his release from the Rangers, per MLB.com.
