Jennings went 3-for-4 with a home run, a walk, two runs scored and two RBI in Monday's win over the Diamondbacks.
Mike Mahtook has been taking time in center field from Jennings, and Jennings will need to respond with more performances like this if he wants to keep his job. He still has a brutal season line of .189/.257/.315, though, and what little power he showed earlier in his career has all but disappeared in the past two seasons. He has just four home runs in 70 games since 2015 and hasn't slugged over .400 since 2013.
