Wilkerson is the most likely starter for Sunday's contest against the Angels, Brian MacPherson of the Providence Journal reports.

With the Red Sox announcing they'll use a fifth starter Sunday, Wilkerson appears to be the most likely candidate, as his place in the Triple-A Pawtucket rotation lines up for that start. After starting seven games at Pawtucket, Wilkerson is 4-1 with a 2.20 ERA and 1.07 WHIP. However, his potential stay with the big club may be short-lived as Boston could go back to its four-man rotation until July 23.
