Craig (oblique) has begun light baseball activities, WEEI.com reports.
Craig has been sidelined by an oblique strain since early in the season after playing just four games for Triple-A Pawtucket. At this point, there's no clear path back to the majors for Craig, unless another organization is willing to take on his hefty contract.
