Holt will lead off Saturday against the Twins, Pete Abraham of the Boston Globe reports.

With Mookie Betts (knee) out of the lineup, Holt will move up for his first start atop the order this season. Holt hasn't hit higher than sixth in a start to this point, but he's 12-for-36 with a pair of homers this month and manager John Farrell said Friday (when questioned about prospect Andrew Benintendi's move to left field at Double-A) that he's "more than happy" with Holt in left field for Boston.
