Red Sox's David Price: Shaky in first rehab start

Price (elbow) completed a two-inning rehab start Friday for Triple-A Pawtucket and allowed three runs on five hits and a walk, the Boston Globe reports.

Price was expected to throw 90 pitches, but due to his struggles in the first two frames, he was lifted after just 65. On the bright side, Price was nasty enough to induce four strikeouts. He said he was excited to get through as many pitches as he threw without pain, and that's the most important thing for Price at this point. The club was initially hoping to activate Price after just one rehab start, but given his shakiness, there's a chance that they'll send him out for one more start for Pawtucket.
