Ramos went 4-for-5 for Triple-A Pawtucket on Monday, becoming the first member of the PawSox to hit for the cycle since 1999.

That's quite a follow-up for Ramos, who hit a 16th-inning, walk-off homer Sunday. He's down on the organizational prospect list, but you can point to injuries keeping him down. Having stayed healthy to this point in the season, Ramos finally reached the Triple-A level and has handled the transition well, slashing .309/.317/.546 with 22 RBI in 26 games. He's not quite ready for a promotion to Boston, who could use some outfield depth, but Ramos has developed a better approach since entering the system. As Boston looks outside the organization for pitching help, Ramos could be an attractive add-on piece.
