Betts (knee) returned to the lineup Monday night after missing two games and went 0-for-5 in a 4-2 loss to the TIgers.
Betts had experienced soreness in his right knee, which was drained over the weekend. The outfielder said he feels fine while manager John Farrell said the team will continue to monitor Betts' knee, according to Tim Britton of the Providence Journal.
