Sandoval (shoulder) rescheduled his appointment for a second opinion with Dr. James Andrews for Monday, Pete Abraham of the Boston Globe reports.
Sandoval headed to Dr. Andrews' office eight days ago for a second opinion, but the examination didn't happen due to extreme soreness in the third baseman's shoulder. Hopefully Sandoval's shoulder is feeling better this time around, as a proper clarification would provide more clarity on what the issue is with his shoulder and how long he'll be out. This situation should become clearer following the examination Monday.
