Royals announced several moves Sunday

The Royals have selected the contract of outfielder Terrance Gore and optioned him to Double-A Northwest Arkansas. The team also selected the contract of left-hander Brandon Finnegan and recalled outfielder Lane Adams. The moves will become official on Monday.
