Mets starting pitcher Aaron Harang, relief pitcher LaTroy Hawkins, starting pitcher Daisuke Matsuzaka, relief pitcher David Aardsma, relief pitcher Tim Byrdak, relief pitcher Pedro Feliciano and relief pitcher Frank Francisco have filed for free agency.
Hawkins and Francisco both spent time as the Mets closer, but Bobby Parnell is expected to fill that role in 2014.
