Kinsler is not in Wednesday's lineup against the Twins, Evan Woodbery of MLive.com reports.
Kinsler has struggled a bit lately, going 0-for-15 over his last four games and 1-for-29 in his last eight, so he'll get a day off Wednesday to clear his head. Andrew Romine will man the keystone in his stead and bat ninth.
