White Sox outfielder Trayce Thompson (elbow) is back in the lineup on Friday, Colleen Kane of the Chicago Tribune reports.
Thompson had been dealing with a sore elbow which caused him to miss the previous three games, but that injury won't cause him to miss a fourth, as he's batting fifth in the lineup and playing in left field against the Indians on Friday.
