Sabathia (2-2) gave up five runs on seven hits and two walks over six innings in Tuesday's loss to the Reds.

All five runs came home in the second inning, when Sabathia -- sitting on a 2-0 lead -- gave up a seemingly unstoppable parade of singles. While he recovered to pitch six innings, Sabathia has still given up an atrocious 22 runs (all earned) over his last 20.2 innings. It's hard to expect much out of the 36-year-old lefty in fantasy, and those owners who are forced to lean on him had best pick their spots carefully.
