    Player Outlook

In his first full season as a Yankee, Chase Headley stayed healthy enough to play in 156 games -- his highest total since his breakout year of 2012 -- but he failed to recapture the power he displayed in that career year. Due to the increased playing time, Headley scored and drove in more runs than in either of his previous two seasons, but his 11 home runs represented his lowest total since 2011. Headley has settled in as a mediocre power hitter who doesn't do enough elsewhere to warrant attention in the vast majority of mixed leagues.
