The Padres have signed pitcher Parker Frazier and outfielder Kennard Jones to minor-league deals, per Baseball America. Frazier made 42 appearances between Double-A Birmingham and Triple-A Charlotte in 2014, posting a 4.26 ERA and 44:23 K:BB ratio in 69 2/3 innings. Jones was originally drafted by the Padres in 2002 and spent 2009 through 2013 in independent-league ball before sitting out 2014.
