The Brewers signed pitcher Tim Dillard to a minor-league deal Thursday. Dillard had been pitching in the independent Atlantic League, after spending his entire career with the Brewers. The 30-year-old last appeared in 34 games with the Brewers in 2012, and has a 4.70 career ERA in 84 1/3 innings at the major-league level.
