    Report: Rangers sign pitcher Mark Rogers to minor-league deal

    The Rangers have reportedly signed pitcher Mark Rogers to a minor-league contract, reports Jerry Crasnick of ESPN.com. Rogers spent 2014 as a member of the Mariners, making two appearances in Triple-A Tacoma, posting a 1-0 record with a 3.86 ERA and striking out five. Rogers is a former first-round pick of the Brewers in 2004.
