      Indians catcher Adam Moore's contract was purchased from Triple-A Columbus on Wednesday. Moore was a non-roster invitee to the Indians' spring training, but failed to make the roster. The 31-year-old backstop has posted a solid season in Triple-A, batting .282/.328/.397 with six home runs and 44 RBI over 92 games, and he'll now provide some added depth behind the plate.
