Infielder Emmanuel Burriss is looking to get back to the majors this season after spending 2013 in the minor leagues. He hit .300 with 22 stolen bases in 116 games for Triple-A Syracuse and thinks if he can stay healthy, he can contribute for the Nationals this year. "Last year, my main concern was to stay healthy throughout the whole season," Burriss said. "I put in the extra work that was missing. I was in the training room for some of those times.
