    The Rangers have signed outfielder Che-Hsuan Lin to a minor-league deal, Baseball America reports. Lin hit .234/.356/.309 with three home runs, 42 RBI and 19 stolen bases in 350 at-bats with Triple-A Oklahoma City last season.
