    The Twins announced six roster moves on Tuesday, according to the MLB.com. The club optioned right-hander A.J. Achter to Triple-A Rochester, and reassigned catcher Tyler Grimes, infielders James Beresford and Jose Martinez, and outfielders Eric Farris and Danny Ortiz down to minor-league camp.

    The Twins have agreed to a minor-league deal with infielder Eric Farris, MLBDailyDish.com reports. Farris spent his first season in the Twins organization in 2013, hitting .248/.301/.312 with three home runs, 31 RBI and 23 stolen bases in 404 at-bats with Triple-A Rochester.
